  1. For any questions regarding your appointment contact me by EMAIL: hairbynakaira@gmail.com, no social media DMs. Please allow at-least 24 hours for a reply.

  2. Please be sure to read the full description of each service prior to booking.

  3. Most services require a deposit, this deposit will be paid directly on the website through Paypal 

    1. This deposit is nonrefundable and goes towards the overall balance of the service.​

    2. If you need to reschedule this deposit is transferrable but it must be within two months of the original appointment date.

  4. I only accept Cash for the remaining balance of the services. Please make sure you get your cash in advance to your appointment.  

  5. There is a 15 minute grace period, after 15 minutes there is a $10 late fee. If you are over 25 minutes late you will have to reschedule your appointment.

  6. If you need to reschedule and/or cancel you must do it yourself.

  7. Please refrain from bringing extra people to your appointment

  8. If your service includes a frontal or closure that needs customization(2-3 days), cleaning (1-2 days) or coloring(3 days) it must be brought in advance before your appointment if not brought ahead of time you will have to reschedule, NO same day customization!  

    1. Drop offs must be during Mon-Fri: 10am-6pm and Sat-Sun: 12pm-5:30pm

    2. Email me to pick a specified time for drop off.
